DECODE (2025-26)

In 2025 team 27163 SYZYGY 

 Used CAD to design and build a competitive, innovative, custom designed robot.

Reached the top 20 percent of teams in our region.

Qualified for the Chesapeake Regional Championship (DC, Maryland, Virginia).

We achieved an OPR (offensive power rating) of 67.03 placing us in the 82 percentile in the world.

Our top finish was 7th place in qualifying rounds leading us to become the 5th seed alliance captain (Laurel II).

Along the way we developed our skills in mechanical engineering, physics, coding, CAD, 3D printing, and electrical wiring.
